Paul F Grauer Technology Scholarship

Everything we encounter in our daily lives is incredibly dependent on the concepts of information technology. Information technology can encompass a range of fields from network basics to web design, data analysis to systems infrastructure, information security to troubleshooting. Wilson Communications recognizes the importance these skills have in the future of modern technology and will award one, nonrenewable $1,000.00 scholarship to those dedicated in pursuing an education in information technology or related field.

To be eligible to receive a scholarship, all items must be included and the applicants must meet the following criteria:

 A graduating high school senior including non-traditional students. Non-traditional is defined as those that are attending online or who are home-schooled OR a student who is currently enrolled in a collegiate or vocational program full-time and has already completed one semester.

 Applicant must be either an alumni of a high school within our service area or must reside or have resided within our service area within the previous 4 years.

 Accepted to a four-year college, university, junior college, vocational or trade school.

 Applicant's field of study must be geared towards Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or a Telephone or Broadband Trade related field in Telecommunications.

 The application must be signed. Each selected recipient will receive one, nonrenewable $1,000.00 award.

This will be payable in a $500.00 installment per semester for two semesters and sent directly to the recipient’s school on their behalf. It is the recipient’s responsibility to contact our office for issuance of each installment. We encourage applicants to submit all documents electronically. Only complete applications received by the due date will be considered. Deadline to be submitted to Wilson Communications is April 3, 2026.
