Hi! My name is Scott Merritt, and I’m proud to serve as the Technology Facilitator for Ell-Saline USD 307. I joined the district in February 2024 and bring over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology field. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology and have a passion for helping others make the most of the tools and resources we use every day. I enjoy finding ways to make technology easier, more reliable, and more secure for our staff and students. It’s rewarding to be part of a district that values innovation and teamwork to create the best learning environment possible.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am happily married to my wife, Mandy. We are the proud parents of two children, Stephanie and Zachary. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, lawn care, and spending time with our two dogs, Max and Daisy.
