Ell-Saline Student Council Hosts Community Movie Night Under the Lights
The Ell-Saline Student Council brought a little Hollywood to Brookville on October 8th, hosting a community movie night out on the football field. Families, students, and community members spread out blankets and lawn chairs under the stars to enjoy the classic baseball favorite The Sandlot.
The Booster Club helped make the evening extra special by providing a delicious meal and snacks for everyone in attendance. The smell of popcorn and grilled burgers filled the cool autumn air as laughter and cheers echoed across the field.
Student Council members helped set up the big screen, organized seating areas, and welcomed guests at the gate. “It was awesome seeing our school and community come together for something fun,” Student Council President Reese Krone said. “We loved watching everyone just relax and enjoy the night.”
The event was part of Student Council’s ongoing effort to strengthen school spirit and build connections between Ell-Saline students and the greater community.
