The Ell-Saline Cardinal Foundation for Educational Excellence will provide opportunities for patrons of our school to fund innovative programs, creative teaching methods, and general improvements that will enhance the learning environment for every Ell-Saline School District student.
Our vision is to provide all Ell-Saline School District students with innovative opportunities to help them reach their full potential and become productive, valued members of the community.
