Family days are always one of our favorite days of the week!

The WHY behind having Family groups...

Having Families provides an opportunity for all students to feel connected to a special group within the school and to build a relationship with adults in the building. Building all school connectedness is important as our school environment provides an opportune setting to foster positive relationships among students, adults and peers. The relationships formed between students and school staff members are at the heart of school connectedness. Students who perceive their teachers and other staff as ones creating a caring, well-structured learning environment in which expectations are high, clear and fair are more likely to be connected to school, which in turn they are more likely to succeed academically.
