Halstead Road/I-70 Bridge Closing
Beginning Tuesday, August 10, the Halstead Bridge across Interstate 70 will be closed in order to completely replace the bridge surface. It is anticipated to not be open again until January but it could be up to two months later. The ramps getting on to and off of I-70 will remain open. For those of you living to the north of I-70 the shortest detour may be to use Muir Road. For those of you living in Salina the shortest detour will be to use State Street. We are beginning to work on revising our bus routes and will let you know the changes as soon as we can.
