Enrollment Form Now Available On Our Web Page

Again this year, there is a blank copy of the enrollment form on our district web site.  This form is NOT pre-populated with any of the information from last year so all information blanks will need to be filled in.  A pre-populated form will still be available at enrollment for those parents that wish to continue as in the past.  The other normal paperwork (Permission Form, Technology Acceptable Use, Out-of-District, etc.) will still need to be completed at enrollment.  There are separate enrollment forms for the Elementary School and the Middle/High School.  Each of these forms is located under the heading "CURRENT HIGHLIGHTS" on the main web site.

Enrollment is Monday, August 1, 2011

8:00 am to 1:00 pm & 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
