Fantastic First Week
August 27, 2009
This group of 19 eager first graders, had a fantastic first week. Even though it was a short, many tasks were accomplished successfully. They have already studied the color red, reviewed shapes, letters, and numbers, practiced locating nouns, and much more. The students were very excited about eating lunch at school every day, attending Music and Physical Education every day, and what appeared to be the biggest hit, was getting to go to Art.
I
am excited to see that they are always eager to learn something
new, participate in class activities, and are making new friends.
These students are lots of fun, and extremely entertaining. I am
looking forward to an awesome year ahead!
